Waterloo Managed Software Services USA Inc is headquartered in Southfield, Michigan, USA and Waterloo Managed Software Services Ltd is headquartered in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.  Both operate under the name “WatServ” (a short form for the legal name).  We have data centers in the United States and Canada.

WatServ is one of the largest, most experienced providers of Cloud Computing solutions for the expert operational management for hosted Microsoft Dynamics AX, hosted Dynamics NAV, hosted Dynamics GP, hosted Dynamics CRM and the inter-operability of these systems with Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange, Blackberry and most third party products.  Hosted Microsoft Dynamics is our only business!

Cloud Computing companies like WatServ bundle everything needed to run Dynamics into a single per-user per-month cost.  Typically this cost includes four or more products and services.  The per-user per-month cost provides the customer with the flexibility and agility to ramp up or ramp down their costs as their business changes.  Traditional hosting companies price their services based on the cost of the computing resources (environment-based pricing) that doesn’t change with user counts.  This does not meet the requirements for the hosted Dynamics ERP market.

Our differentiation

Unlike many of our competitors, we are not a Microsoft VAR.  We do not implement Dynamics or sell any products or provide any services that most Microsoft Resellers sell or provide.  There’s no risk to the customer that there will be a duplication of services.  There’s also no risk that WatServ would compete with the Microsoft Reseller for any products or services.

Unlike our most of our competitors, we provide leads to our Microsoft Reseller partners that come to us from our website and from referrals.
