WatServ’s only business is providing Cloud Computing solutions for the expert operations of hosted Dynamics ERP and the related software that may extend the solution.  Our employees have over 20 years of experience running and supporting Dynamics. We fill the gap between the products and services provided your Microsoft Value Added Reseller (VAR) and your internal IT department. We act as an extension of your IT department by providing experienced IT resources without adding headcount.  Typically, we run Dynamics GP for half the cost of running GP on premise.

Whether you buy your Dynamics GP licenses from your VAR in the traditional, perpetual license manner or as a service, WatServ takes responsibility for the management of all of the infrastructure and support software.  This may include support for the integrations and inter-operability of your GP system with MS Windows Server, MS SQL Server, MS Terminal Server, MS Hyper-V, Active Directory, MS Office, MS SharePoint, MS Dynamics CRM, MS Exchange, Blackberry, and all third party ISV products that extend the solution.

WatServ’s low cost, subscription pricing ($ /GP user /month) is 30-40% lower than monthly flat fees charged by traditional hosting companies.  Our monthly fees rise gradually as you onboard more users and decline if user counts decline.  Hosting companies charge the “old school” flat fee regardless of the number of users and often charge extra for incremental power, internet bandwidth and data storage. WatServ subscription pricing is lower cost and lower risk.  Everything is included in your hosted Microsoft Dynamics subscription price.
