Global Delivery

WatServ has had a global delivery capability for over three years.

We’ve been successfully running a large hosted Dynamics AX customer with headquarters in the Netherlands.  The company has operations in the USA, Canada, Norway, Denmark, France, Germany, Spain, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Sri Lanka.  We’ve been running their Dynamics AX system for almost three years in our Troy, Michigan facility.

We also have a customer with headquarters in the USA and operations in Canada and Hong Kong. Users have been connecting from Hong Kong have been pleased with system performance and have not complained about latency.  We have been providing operations for this customer for almost three years.

We provide operations for Microsoft Dynamics for a third customer with headquarters in Canada and operations in Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Cameroon, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, England, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Korea, Lebanon, Macedonia, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Scotland, Serbia, South Africa, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and Venezuela.  We’ve been running all of their systems in our Canadian facility for over three years.  They just renewed services for another three years.

We run Microsoft Dynamics operations for a forth customer that is headquartered in Badalona, Spain and operations in the USA, Canada, France and Spain.

Almost all Canadian customers want their systems hosted located in Canada due their concern with the US Patriot Act.  WatServ has one data center in Waterloo, Ontario and has plans to have a second data center operational in Canada in 2011.

WatServ does not have operations outside of North America but we certainly have a great deal of experience with global operations for hosted Dynamics AX.  Advancements in technology have made it possible to run hosted Dynamics in North America and have users connect from anywhere in the world without latency issues (references available).  We have successfully hosted Dynamics AX customers with users connecting from Europe and China.  Asia is almost twice as far as Europe and we’ve had no AX latency issues from either continent.

We have relationships with over 100 Microsoft VARs including some in Australia, New Zealand, Africa and Europe. None of them have requested a hosted Microsoft Dynamics environment in a data center in those countries.
