WatServ has been managing software as a service (SaaS) for customers and VARs for many years.  But SaaS represents only 25% of the products and services that we provide that enables enterprise-class ERP Cloud Computing.  The other components are infrastructure as a service, facilities as a service and outsourced IT as a service.

Every solution that we sell includes the required Microsoft support software as a service under the Microsoft SPLA Program (service provider license agreement).  This includes Windows Server, SQL Server, Terminal and often Hyper-V and other Microsoft products.  Optionally, WatServ can administer the sale of Dynamics AX, NAV, GP and CRM licenses under SPLA for customers and VARs.
