Collection of your Personal Information
WATSERV may collect Personal Information, such as your e-mail address, name, address, postal code or telephone number. If you choose to sign up for certain set of our services, we may collect additional Personal Information, including your credit card number and billing address, in order to create a billing account.
WATSERV may collect information about your visit to any WATSERV site, including the pages you view, the links you click and other actions taken within a WATSERV site. We also collect certain standard information that your browser sends to every web site you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times and referring web site addresses.
Certain WATSERV services may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with another company. If you register for or use such services, both WATSERV and the other company may receive information collected in conjunction with the co-branded services.
Use of your Personal Information
WATSERV uses your Personal Information to operate WATSERV and deliver our services. These services may include the display of customized content and advertising based upon the information WATSERV has collected. WATSERV may use your Personal Information to inform you of other products or services available through our WATSERV technology and may use your Personal Information to send you surveys regarding current services or new services that it is considering offering.
Disclosure/Transfer of Your Personal Information
WATSERV does not sell, rent or lease its user lists to third parties. WATSERV may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of a third party about a particular offering or materials that we believe may be of interest to you. In those cases, your Personal Information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. WATSERV may also disclose your Personal Information to its successor or any assignee of WATSERV.
Control of your Personal Information
In certain instances, WATSERV offers its members an opportunity to limit the collection, use and sharing of their Personal Information. For example, you may choose not to receive marketing materials from WATSERV, on its own behalf or that of third parties, and may stop the delivery of future promotional e-mail and Newsletters. When providing Personal Information to WATSERV or responding to a communication from WATSERV, look for a button, box, a question asking whether or not you want to provide or share your Personal Information, or an unsubscribe option.
There is some information which WATSERV must collect to provide you with services and some communications that you will not be able to unsubscribe from, as they are considered a part of the service you have chosen.
